It seems like a miracle because all of my invoices for the home education instructional program that were "in review" were approved today! I'm not sure what got the ball rolling, but I believe it was reaching out to the reps on FB chat. I asked them to address the issue with the reviewers and provided a few invoice numbers. They said they'd pass it along and within 15 minutes a few were approved. I then thanked them profusely then asked if they could please check the others that have been waiting in review for over 30 days, submitted about 70 days ago. They said sure and then responded later that they were all taken care of! I checked and sure enough, they were all approved! FB chat has been the only helpful customer service. I've called over 10 times, each time I receive a different reason and they can never escalate my concern or have management review it- their only response is for me to "wait patiently," with no actual action.
I did reach out to legislators who actually did show concern and responded well but hopefully that at the very least exposed some widespread frustration and issues parents are facing.
My suggestion is to go first to Step Up FB chat reps and ask them consisely to please have the reviewers look at this reimbursement ID error and correct. Best of luck to you!
