The call center can't see anything and said it should go batches by tiers. However several others in the higher tiers have said they have been approved. They can't really see anything on their end at all. At this point I just need to know if I do LOI for my boys should I just put her down also and let them know pending PEP or wait? I've tried to call the county and they never call back.

Yes. The survey. I got two emails asking me to choose so I did the requested form twice but since it wasn't being approved I thought I may have done something wrong so did it again last week. It just doesn't make sense that those of us in tier 1 and are renewing students are having to wait so much longer then brand new people that just started the process in June or July. She's been approved since May and I've done what I was supposed to. Can we find out if our accounts are stuck somewhere for PEP? I also did the SLP as soon as it was available on the EMA site. I even did it for my UA boys since I could. So do I send in LOI for her also until approved for PEP or write something on it that we are still pending?

I have two kids I'm submitting LOI for that are UA and my other kid is FTC renewal student. I have unenrolled them this week from their old private school and have filled out the PEP intent form now 3 times. I did the first one early June and then end of June and did another just in case I put in her full name vs just first and last. Is there a reason I'm still waiting? Should I put her on my LOI with a note advising pending PEP? I don't want to have issues with the county now that I pulled them from their old school. Or do I wait another week? It's a bit frustrating I feel like my application for PEP is lost and they can't tell me much in the call center.
