The HEF website and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Home Education Foundation (HEF). Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights.

 

Upon using this site, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof without permission, with the following exception:

We allow public posts, blog posts, web pages, and other public-facing resources from our site to be shared for the purposes of spreading the word/spreading awareness about HEF and directing people back to our site for further information. If you share (via social media, email, etc.) or otherwise distribute or display any information, posts, images, or other content from this site, you must provide attribution to Home Education Foundation (HEF) as the source, and must also include a link back to the source of said content on our site.
