As a FESUA parent for many years now I have been unable to submit any reimbursments for this school year for my legacy FESUA child. The legacy portal indicates that the student has not been found eligable for this school year, even though that child is listed as approved and funded through EMA. I have tried for months to have the issue resolved and have an "open ticket" with SUFS, and have been told to be patient. I have now initated another conversation through the fb messanger option. Is anyone else having this same problem? We have now spent many personal dollars without even the possibilty of reimbursement. Any other advice is welcome on resolving issue.
